1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Atzora platform (“Atzora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atzora.

2. Description of the Service

Atzora provides a platform that enables creators, organizations, and community leaders (“Creators”) to build and manage online communities, memberships, courses, live sessions, and digital experiences for their audiences (“Members”).

The platform may include features such as community discussions, messaging, live sessions, content libraries, events, and payment-enabled memberships.

We may modify or update the Service from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Atzora or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Creator and Member Roles

Atzora allows Creators to operate independent communities and offer memberships or digital experiences to Members.

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • The content they publish
  • The programs or services they offer
  • The rules within their communities
  • Any claims or representations made to their Members

Atzora provides the platform infrastructure but does not control Creator content or community operations.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain communities or features on Atzora may require payment.

Payments may include:

  • Membership subscriptions
  • One-time purchases
  • Event access fees
  • Digital product purchases

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

By making a purchase through the Service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

7. Refunds and Billing

Refund policies may be determined by the Creator or organization offering the membership, unless otherwise required by law.

Atzora is not responsible for refund decisions made by Creators.

Members should review the terms of the community they are joining before purchasing.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Upload or distribute illegal content
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
  • Access accounts or systems without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. User Content

Users may post or upload content including messages, comments, media, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by posting content on Atzora, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others.

10. Intellectual Property

The Atzora platform, including its software, branding, design, and technology, is owned by Atzora and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Reverse engineer
  • Create derivative works

from any part of the platform without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, video platforms, or analytics services.

Your use of these services may be subject to the terms of those third parties.

Atzora is not responsible for the operation or policies of third-party services.

12. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical issues
  • External service failures

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Atzora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atzora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Atzora in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your access to the platform may be removed.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may notify users through the platform or by email.
